These terms govern your use of the Pawra store and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Cash on Delivery
Orders are currently fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery basis. Title to the goods and payment both pass on delivery: the full amount stated on your order is due in cash to the delivery partner at the door, and partial payments cannot be accepted. Refusing delivery returns the parcel to us at our cost; repeated refusals may end Cash on Delivery eligibility for that phone number, at our discretion.
Product use
Pawra products are wellness aids, not veterinary medicine. Follow label instructions and consult a veterinarian for medical concerns.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pawra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or this website.
