Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pawra (pawra.one) collects when you visit the site or place an order, why we collect it, and who it is shared with. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and run the store.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, pincode, any order notes, and what you ordered.
- Account details: if you sign in, your email address and name, including from Google if you choose “Sign in with Google”.
- Usage data: pages viewed, products added to cart, checkouts started and orders placed, along with basic device and browser information.
We do not collect card or bank details. Every order is Cash on Delivery.
Why we use it
- To confirm your order by phone, ship it, and collect payment on delivery.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates by email.
- To let you look up your order and, if you sign in, see your order history.
- To understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the store:
- Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel.
- Supabase stores orders and accounts.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly page-view analytics.
- Resend sends our order emails.
- Google handles sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives browsing and purchase events through the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta uses this under its own privacy policy, and you can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is saved in your own browser so it survives a page reload. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies to measure ads. You can clear or block these in your browser settings. The store still works, but your cart and sign-in will not be remembered.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and raise a grievance with us. To do any of this, email support@pawra.one. We will respond within 30 days.
