Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days depending on your pincode.
- Enter your pincode at checkout to see the estimate for your address.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently the only way to pay. Online payment is coming soon.
- Available across serviceable pincodes. Checkout tells you before you order.
- Pay the delivery partner in cash when the order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers cannot always make change.
- No partial payments. The full amount is due at the door.
- Cash on Delivery orders are capped at ₹15,000. For anything larger, get in touch and we'll arrange it.
- We call to confirm every Cash on Delivery order before it ships. If we can't reach you, it stays on hold rather than going out.
- If a delivery is refused at the door, the parcel comes back to us. Repeated refusals may end Cash on Delivery eligibility for that number.
Returns
- Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Cancelled orders cost you nothing — with Cash on Delivery there is no payment to refund.
- For a returned delivered order, we refund by bank transfer once the item reaches us.
Tracking
Every order gets an order number by email. Check on it any time at pawra.one/track using that number plus the phone or email you ordered with.
