What if my pet chews the calming collar?
Ensure the collar is properly fitted using the 2-finger rule and trimmed of excess length. The silicone base is non-toxic, but the collar works best when worn, not chewed.
My diffuser feels warm to the touch. Is that normal?
Yes, slight warmth is expected as the electrical element gently vaporises the carrier liquid to release calming pheromones into the room.

What is the shelf life of an unopened Pawra product?
All Pawra products — collar, spray, and diffuser refills — have a 3-year shelf life when unopened and stored as directed. Once opened, use within the stated duration on the pack.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery only, for now. You pay the delivery partner in cash when your order arrives — nothing is charged when you place it. Keep the exact amount ready, as couriers cannot always make change.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. Online payment is coming soon. Until then every order is Cash on Delivery.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Enter your pincode at checkout — it is the first field in the address block, and it tells you straight away whether we can deliver there and how long it will take, before you fill in anything else.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days across India from our central warehouse. Shipping is free over the threshold shown on the Shipping & Returns page; below that a flat fee applies.
How do I track my order?
Go to pawra.one/track and enter your order number with the phone number or email you ordered with. We ask for both so nobody else can look up your delivery address.
Why did you call me after I ordered?
We call to confirm every Cash on Delivery order before it ships. It takes a minute and it means the parcel goes to a real person expecting it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched, contact support@pawra.one with your Order ID immediately and we'll update it.
